Aliquot and store at -80 degree C for 12 months.

Stability Test:
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37 degree C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Uniprot Description

HDAC6: Responsible for the deacetylation of lysine residues on the N-terminal part of the core histones (H2A, H2B, H3 and H4). Histone deacetylation gives a tag for epigenetic repression and plays an important role in transcriptional regulation, cell cycle progression and developmental events. Histone deacetylases act via the formation of large multiprotein complexes. Plays a central role in microtubule-dependent cell motility via deacetylation of tubulin. Interacts with CBFA2T3, HDAC11 and SIRT2. Interacts with F-actin. Interacts with BBIP10. Under proteasome impairment conditions, interacts with UBD via its histone deacetylase 1 and UBP-type zinc-finger regions. Interacts with CYLD. Interacts with ZMYND15. Belongs to the histone deacetylase family. HD type 2 subfamily.

Product Notes

The HDAC6 hdac6 (Catalog #AAA2011657) is a Recombinant Protein produced from E.coli and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Recombinant Histone Deacetylase 6 (HDAC6) reacts with Mus musculus (Mouse) and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Histone Deacetylase 6 (HDAC6) can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Positive Control, Immunogen, SDS-PAGE, Western Blot (WB). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the HDAC6 hdac6 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. The amino acid sequence is listed below: R EGANFDSIYI CPSTFACAKL ATGAACRLVE AVLSGEVLNG IAVVRPPGHH AEPNAACGFC FFNSVAVAAR HAQIIAGRAL RILIVDWDVH HGNGTQHIFE DDPSVLYVSL HRYDRGTFFP MGDEGASSQV GRDAGIGFTV NVPWNGPRMG DADYLAAWHR LVLPIAYEFN PELVLISAGF DAAQGDPLGG CQVTPEGYAH LTHLLMGLAG GRIILILEGG YNLASISESM AACTHSLLGD PPPQLTLLRP P. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Histone Deacetylase 6 (HDAC6), Recombinant Protein" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
