Related Product Information for TIM-1/HAVCR1 recombinant protein
Protein Construction: Recombinant Mouse TIM-1 is produced by our mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Tyr22-Thr212 is expressed with a 6His tag at the C-terminus.

Background: TIM-1/KIM-1/HAVCR belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily that cosisits 305 amino acid (aa). It is expressed by stimulated T-cells. TIM-1/KIM-1/HAVCR may play a role in T-helper cell development and the regulation of asthma and allergic diseases. Receptor for TIMD4. And may have a role in kidney injury and repair. Belongs to the T-cell and airway phenotype regulator (Tapr) locus, a single chromosomal region that confers reduced T-helper type 2 responsiveness and protects against airway hyperactivity (AHR), the hallmark of human asthma.

Product Notes

The TIM-1/HAVCR1 havcr1 (Catalog #AAA2557498) is a Recombinant Protein produced from Human Cells and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The amino acid sequence is listed below: Tyr22-Thr2 12. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "TIM-1/HAVCR1, Recombinant Protein" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
