Materials Provided
1. Capture Antibody 1 mg/mL of rabbit anti-Canine TIMD1 monoclonal antibody (in PBS, pH 7.4). Dilute to a working concentration of 2ug/mL in PBS before coating.
2. Detection Antibody 1 mg/mL rabbit anti-Canine TIMD1 monoclonal antibody conjugated to horseradish-peroxidase (HRP) (in PBS, 50 % glycerol, pH 7.4). Dilute to working concentration of 1ug/mL in detection antibody dilution buffer before use.
3. Standard Each vial contains 500 ng of recombinant Canine TIMD1. Reconstitute with 1 mL detection antibody dilution buffer. After reconstitution, store at -20 degree C to -80 degree C in a manual defrost freezer. A seven-point standard curve using 2-fold serial dilutions in sample dilution buffer, and a high standard of 8ng/mL is recommended.
Preparation and Storage
Capture Antibody: Aliquot and store at -20 degree C to -80 degree C for up to 6 months from date of receipt. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Detection Antibody: Protect it from prolonged exposure to light. Aliquot and store at -20 degree C to -80 degree C and for up to 6 months from date of receipt. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Standard: Store lyophilized standard at -20 degree C to -80 degree C for up to 6 months from date of receipt. Aliquot and store the reconstituted Standard at -80 degree C for up to 1 month. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Related Product Information for HAVCR1 elisa pair set
HAV cellular receptor 1 (HAVCR1), also known as Kidney injury molecule 1 (KIM-1) and T cell immunoglobulin mucin 1 (TIM-1), is a type of integral membrane glycoprotein. KIM-1 protein is widely expressed with the highest levels in the kidney and testis. It has been shown to play a major role as a human susceptibility gene for asthma, allergy, and autoimmunity. IgA1lambda is a specific ligand of KIM-1 protein and that their association has a synergistic effect in virus-receptor interactions. KIM-1 involves in the pathogenesis of acute kidney injury. It had been confirmed that KIM-1 is a human urinary renal dysfunction biomarker. Moreover, KIM-1 protein is a novel regulatory molecule of flow-induced calcium signaling.

This TIM-1/KIM-1 Matched ELISA Antibody Pair Set, Canine is a solid phase sandwich ELISA for quantitative determination of Canine TIM-1/KIM-1. It contains Canine TIM-1/KIM-1 capture antibody, Canine TIM-1/KIM-1 detector antibody (HRP) and a highly purified HEK293-expressed recombinant Canine TIM-1/KIM-1 protein.

Product Notes

The HAVCR1 (Catalog #AAA8118528) is an ELISA Pair Set and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "TIM-1/KIM-1, Canine, ELISA Pair Set" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
