The affinity purified antibody is labeled by R-PE. This antibody was raised in Goat by immunizing purified human IgA (Alpha Chain Specific). This antiserum was then immunoaffinity purified from the antigen specific column with minimum cross-reaction to bovine, mouse, and rabbit serum proteins. No antibody was detected against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins.

Application Notes
The R-PE labeled Goat anti-Human IgA (Alpha Chain specific) antibody can be used for flow cytometry or other immunoassays. All the working solutions need to be made freshly. The working concentrations for specific applications should be determined by researchers. The following factors need to be considered when an experiment is performed: 1) detection methods, 2) antigen form, 3) experiment conditions, etc.

Preparation and Storage
Keep the product at 2-8 degree C with sterile condition in the dark. For long term storage, add an equal amount of glycerol, mix and stored at -20 degree C. Alternatively, the product may be aliquoted and stored at -70 degree C or below without adding glycerol. Avoid freezing and thawing frequently.
