Puromycin resistant, GFP-HBMVPCs is shipped in frozen vial (available proliferating culture with a confluency of >90 % upon request) (cells are provide @ passage 5). Pericyte-Growth medium containing 5% fetal bovine serum and growth supplement is recommended for culture. Cells have an average population doubling level >10 when cultured.
