Quality Control
The quality and purity of genomic DNA were tested by spectrophotometer and electrophoresis. A260/280 is between 1.8 and 2.0 (detected in 10mM Tris-Cl, pH 7.5). RNase treatment to ensure the RNA contamination is eliminated. GAPDH expression was tested by Real Time PCR
Preparation and Storage
2-8 degree C for short term, -20 degree C for long term. Stable for 2 months from the date of receipt under proper storage condition.
