Conditons For Product Development
It is suggested to use 16ug/ml antigen for gold concentration (OD 1.2 to 1.4) to conjugate to fresh prepared colloid gold with wavelength 528 to 530. The conjugation pH and time is 8.5 and 8-9 hours.
