Related Product Information for Cxcl11 active protein
Murine Interferon-inducible T cell alpha chemoattractant (I-TAC) is a novel non-ELR CXC chemokine. Murine I-TAC is regulated by interferon and has potent chemoattractant activity for IL-2 activated T cells, but not for freshly isolated unstimulated T cells, neutrophils, or monocytes. Recombinant Murine I-TAC is a 9kD protein containing 79 amino acid residues.

Uniprot Description

CXCL11: Chemotactic for interleukin-activated T-cells but not unstimulated T-cells, neutrophils or monocytes. Induces calcium release in activated T-cells. Binds to CXCR3. May play an important role in CNS diseases which involve T-cell recruitment. May play a role in skin immune responses. Belongs to the intercrine alpha (chemokine CxC) family.

Product Notes

The Cxcl11 cxcl11 (Catalog #AAA634865) is an Active Protein produced from E Coli and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The amino acid sequence is listed below: FLMFKQGRCL CIGPGMKAVK MAEIEKASVI YPSNGCDKVE VIVTMKAHKR QRCLDPRSKQ ARLIMQAIEK KNFLRKQNM. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Interferon-inducible T Cell Alpha Chemoattractant, Murine, Active Protein" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
