Related Product Information for DRG1 recombinant protein
Developmentally-regulated GTP-binding protein 1 (DRG1) belong to the GTP1/OBG family. It plays a role in cell proliferation and differentiation, as well as in apoptosis, suggesting a role in tumor formation and metastasis. Expression of the DRG1 was significantly reduced in breast tumor cells, particularly in patients with lymph node or bone metastasis as compared to those with localized breast cancer. This protein expressed at high levels in heart, kidney and skeletal muscle and at lower levels in brain, liver, placenta, lung, colon and spleen. Recombinant human DRG1 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E Coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.

Product Notes

The DRG1 drg1 (Catalog #AAA204475) is a Recombinant Protein produced from E Coli and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The tag for this protein is His-tag. AAA Biotech's DRG1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, SDS-PAGE. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the DRG1 drg1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. The amino acid sequence is listed below: MGSSHHHHHH SSGLVPRGSH MSSTLAKIAE IEAEMARTQK NKATAHHLGL LKARLAKLRR ELITPKGGGG GGPGEGFDVA KTGDARIGFV GFPSVGKSTL LSNLAGVYSE VAAYEFTTLT TVPGVIRYKG AKIQLLDLPG IIEGAKDGKG RGRQVIAVAR TCNLILIVLD VLKPLGHKKI IENELEGFGI RLNSKPPNIG FKKKDKGGIN LTATCPQSEL DAETVKSILA EYKIHNADVT LRSDATADDL IDVVEGNRVY IPCIYVLNKI DQISIEELDI IYKVPHCVPI SAHHRWNFDD LLEKIWDYLK LVRIYTKPKG QLPDYTSPVV LPYSRTTVED FCMKIHKNLI KEFKYALVWG LSVKHNPQKV GKDHTLEDED VIQIVKK. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "DRG1, Recombinant Protein" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
