Related Product Information for CD83 recombinant protein
Background: CD83 is a single-pass type I membrane protein and member of the immunoglobulin superfamily of receptors. The protein may be involved in the regulation of antigen presentation. A soluble form of this protein can bind to dendritic cells and inhibit their maturation. Three transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. Recombinant human CD83 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.

Product Notes

The CD83 cd83 (Catalog #AAA844222) is a Recombinant Protein produced from E Coli and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. AAA Biotech's CD83 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, SDS-PAGE. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD83 cd83 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. The amino acid sequence is listed below: MGSSHHHHHH SSGLVPRGSH MGSTPEVKVA CSEDVDLPCT APWDPQVPYT VSWVKLLEGG EERMETPQED HLRGQHYHQK GQNGSFDAPN ERPYSLKIRN TTSCNSGTYR CTLQDPDGQR NLSGKVILRV TGCPAQRKEE TFKKYRAE. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CD83, Recombinant Protein" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
