Tiparp blocking peptide
Tiparp Antibody (C-term) Blocking peptide
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
Uniprot Description
TIPARP: Poly [ADP-ribose] polymerase using NAD(+) as a substrate to transfer ADP-ribose onto glutamic acid residues of a protein acceptor; repeated rounds of ADP-ribosylation leads to the formation of poly(ADPribose) chains on the protein, thereby altering the function of the target protein. May play a role in the adaptative response to chemical exposure (TCDD) and thereby mediates certain effects of the chemicals.
Protein type: Transferase; EC 2.4.2.30
Cellular Component: nucleus
Molecular Function: NAD+ ADP-ribosyltransferase activity
Biological Process: androgen metabolic process; estrogen metabolic process; female gonad development; hemopoiesis; kidney development; multicellular organismal metabolic process; nitrogen compound metabolic process; palate development; platelet-derived growth factor receptor signaling pathway; positive regulation of protein catabolic process; post-embryonic development; protein amino acid ADP-ribosylation; skeletal morphogenesis; smooth muscle development; vasculogenesis

Product Notes
The Tiparp tiparp (Catalog #AAA9218835) is a Blocking Peptide and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Tiparp, Blocking Peptide" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
