Related Product Information for ARHGAP35 blocking peptide
Represses transcription of the glucocorticoid receptor by binding to the cis-acting regulatory sequence 5'- GAGAAAAGAAACTGGAGAAACTC-3'. May participate in the regulation of retinal development and degeneration. May transduce signals from p21-ras to the nucleus, acting via the ras GTPase-activating protein (GAP). May also act as a tumor suppressor.

Uniprot Description

GRF-1: the human glucocorticoid receptor DNA binding factor, which associates with the promoter region of the glucocorticoid receptor gene (hGR gene), is a repressor of glucocorticoid receptor transcription. May participate in the regulation of retinal development and degeneration. May transduce signals from p21-ras to the nucleus, acting via the ras GTP-ase activating protein (GAP). May also act as a tumor suppressor. Two splice variant isoforms have been described.

Product Notes

The ARHGAP35 arhgap35 (Catalog #AAA9230857) is a Blocking Peptide and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "ARHGAP35 (Y1105), Blocking Peptide" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
