Bradykinin Receptor B2 Recombinant Protein | BDKRB2 recombinant protein
Recombinant Bradykinin Receptor B2 (BDKRB2)
PBS, pH7.4, containing 0.01% SKL, 1mM DTT, 5% Trehalose and Proclin300.
Stability: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37 degree C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
Accurate Molecular Mass: 75kDa
NCBI Description
This gene encodes a receptor for bradykinin. The 9 aa bradykinin peptide elicits many responses including vasodilation, edema, smooth muscle spasm and pain fiber stimulation. Bradykinin is released upon activation by pathophysiologic conditions such as trauma and inflammation, and binds to its kinin receptors, B1 and B2. The B2 receptor associates with G proteins that stimulate a phosphatidylinositol-calcium second messenger system. [provided by RefSeq, Apr 2020]
Uniprot Description
BKR2: a receptor for bradykinin. Bradykinin elicits many responses including vasodilation, edema, smooth muscle spasm and pain fiber stimulation. This receptor associates with G proteins that stimulate a phosphatidylinositol-calcium second messenger system. Alternate start codons result in two isoforms of the protein.

Product Notes
The BDKRB2 bdkrb2 (Catalog #AAA2122949) is a Recombinant Protein produced from E Coli and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The immunogen sequence is Met1~Gln391. AAA Biotech's Bradykinin Receptor B2 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Positive Control, Immunogen, SDS-PAGE, Western Blot (WB). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the BDKRB2 bdkrb2 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Bradykinin Receptor B2, Recombinant Protein" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
