Rabbit Adrenergic Receptor, Alpha 1A ELISA Kit
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
Alpha-1-adrenergic receptors (alpha-1-ARs) are members of the G protein-coupled receptor superfamily. They activate mitogenic responses and regulate growth and proliferation of many cells. There are 3 alpha-1-AR subtypes: alpha-1A, -1B and -1D, all of which signal through the Gq/11 family of G-proteins and different subtypes show different patterns of activation. This gene encodes alpha-1D-adrenergic receptor. Similar to alpha-1B-adrenergic receptor gene, this gene comprises 2 exons and a single intron that interrupts the coding region. Product Notes
The Rabbit ADRalpha1A adra1d (Catalog #AAA720483) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA720483 ELISA Kit recognizes Rabbit ADRalpha1A. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Adrenergic Receptor, Alpha 1A, ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
