Lyophilized from denaturing buffer containing 62mM Tris-HCl and 2% SDS with a protease inhibitor to minimize proteolytic damage to proteins. Centrifuge briefly prior to opening. Reconsitute with 30ul deionized water for a concentration of 5ug/ul. Add an appropriate volume of sample buffer containing a reducing.
