The kit provides a simple method for detecting gamma-GT enzyme activity in a variety of biological samples such as tissues, cell,serum, bacterial. In the assay, gamma-GT catalyzes the transfer of gamma-glutamyl group in glutamyl p-nitroaniline to N-glycylglycine to generate p-nitroaniline, which has characteristic light absorption at 405nm; Calculate gamma-GT enzyme activity by measuring the increase rate of light absorption at 405nm.
