IHC: 1:50-1:200
Peptide ELISA: 1:20,000-1:40,000
Western Blot (WB)
(Western blot analysis of extracts from HepG2, using p56 Dok-2 (Phospho-Tyr345) Antibody.)
Western Blot (WB)
(Western blot analysis of p56 Dok-2 (Phospho-Tyr345) using TNF-α treated HeLa whole cell lysates.-/+ means absence or presence of N peptide(non-phospho peptide) and P peptide(phospho peptide).)
Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
(At 1/100 staining Mouse colorectal tissue by IHC-P. The sample was formaldehyde fixed and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step in citrate buffer was performed. The sample was then blocked and incubated with the primary antibody at 4 degree C overnight. An HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit antibody was used as the secondary antibody.)
Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
(At 1/100 staining Mouse stomach tissue by IHC-P.
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
The protein encoded by this gene is constitutively tyrosine phosphorylated in hematopoietic progenitors isolated from chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) patients in the chronic phase. It may be a critical substrate for p210(bcr/abl), a chimeric protein whose presence is associated with CML. This encoded protein binds p120 (RasGAP) from CML cells. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]
Uniprot Description
DOK2: a member of the p62dok family of proteins that interact with receptor tyrosine kinases and mediate particular biological responses. Constitutively tyrosine phosphorylated in hematopoietic progenitors isolated from chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) patients in the chronic phase. It may be a critical substrate for p210(bcr/Abl), a chimeric protein whose presence is associated with CML. Contains a pleckstrin homology domain at the amino terminus, 13 potential tyrosine phosphorylation sites, and six PXXP SH3 recognition motifs. Binds p120 (RasGAP) from CML cells.
Protein type: Adaptor/scaffold
Chromosomal Location of Human Ortholog: 8p21.3
Cellular Component: cytosol
Molecular Function: receptor signaling protein activity; transmembrane receptor protein tyrosine kinase adaptor protein activity; insulin receptor binding
Biological Process: cell surface receptor linked signal transduction; Ras protein signal transduction; blood coagulation; signal transduction; leukocyte migration; transmembrane receptor protein tyrosine kinase signaling pathway

Product Notes
The DOK2 dok2 (Catalog #AAA9614346) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Phospho-DOK2 (Tyr345) Antibody reacts with Human, Mouse Predicted Reactivity: Pig (100%), Zebrafish (88%), Bovine (100%), Horse (100%), Dog (100%) and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's DOK2 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Peptide ELISA (EIA). WB: 1:1000-3000 IHC: 1:50-1:200 Peptide ELISA: 1:20,000-1:40,000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the DOK2 dok2 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "DOK2, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
