Rabbit RYR3 Polyclonal Antibody | anti-RYR3 antibody
RYR3 Antibody
Predicted Reactivity: Pig (100%), Zebrafish (100%), Bovine (100%), Horse (100%), Sheep (100%), Dog (100%), Chicken (100%)
Predicted Reactivity: Pig (100%), Zebrafish (100%), Bovine (100%), Horse (100%), Sheep (100%), Dog (100%), Chicken (100%)
Tissue Specificity: Brain, skeletal muscle, placenta and possibly liver and kidney. In brain, highest levels are found in the cerebellum, hippocampus, caudate nucleus and amygdala, with lower levels in the corpus callosum, substantia nigra and thalamus.
Peptide ELISA: 1:20,000-1:40,000
Note: The number of predicted transmembrane domains varies between orthologs, but both N-terminus and C-terminus seem to be cytoplasmic.
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
The protein encoded by this gene is a ryanodine receptor, which functions to release calcium from intracellular storage for use in many cellular processes. For example, the encoded protein is involved in skeletal muscle contraction by releasing calcium from the sarcoplasmic reticulum followed by depolarization of T-tubules. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. [provided by RefSeq, Sep 2011]
Uniprot Description
Calcium channel that mediates the release of Ca2+ from the sarcoplasmic reticulum into the cytoplasm in muscle and thereby plays a role in triggering muscle contraction. May regulate Ca2+ release by other calcium channels. Calcium channel that mediates Ca2+-induced Ca2+ release from the endoplasmic reticulum in non-muscle cells. Contributes to cellular calcium ion homeostasis (). Plays a role in cellular calcium signaling.

Product Notes
The RYR3 ryr3 (Catalog #AAA9613319) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The RYR3 Antibody reacts with Human, Mouse Predicted Reactivity: Pig (100%), Zebrafish (100%), Bovine (100%), Horse (100%), Sheep (100%), Dog (100%), Chicken (100%) and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's RYR3 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Peptide ELISA (EIA). WB: 1:500-1:2000 Peptide ELISA: 1:20,000-1:40,000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the RYR3 ryr3 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "RYR3, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
