Related Product Information for anti-GARNL1 antibody
Ral GTPase activating protein catalytic alpha subunit 1 (RALGAPA1), Homo sapiens. This gene encodes a major subunit of the RAL-GTPase activating protein. A similar protein in mouse binds E12, a transcriptional regulator of immunoglobulin genes. The mouse protein also functions in skeletal muscle by binding to the regulatory 14-3-3 proteins upon stimulation with insulin or muscle contraction. A pseudogene of this gene has been identified on chromosome 9. [provided by RefSeq, Oct 2016]

Product Notes

The GARNL1 ralgapa1 (Catalog #AAA9459012) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The GARNL1 (Phospho-T736) Polyclonal Antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's GARNL1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin (IHC-P), Immunofluorescence (IF)(paraffin, section), Western Blot (WB). IHC-P: 1:50-200 WB: 1:500-200. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the GARNL1 ralgapa1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "GARNL1, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
