Human ATPase, H+ transporting, lysosomal 21kDa, V0 subunit b ELISA Kit | ATP6V0B elisa kit
Human V-type proton ATPase 21 kDa proteolipid subunit, ATP6V0B ELISA Kit
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
This gene encodes a portion of the V0 domain of vacuolar ATPase (V-ATPase), a multisubunit enzyme that mediates acidification of eukaryotic intracellular organelles. Activity of this enzyme is necessary for such varied processes as protein sorting, zymogen activation, receptor-mediated endocytosis, and synaptic vesicle proton gradient generation. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. [provided by RefSeq, Jun 2014]
Uniprot Description
ATP6V0B: Proton-conducting pore forming subunit of the membrane integral V0 complex of vacuolar ATPase. V-ATPase is responsible for acidifying a variety of intracellular compartments in eukaryotic cells. Belongs to the V-ATPase proteolipid subunit family.

Product Notes
The Human ATP6V0B atp6v0b (Catalog #AAA9333761) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA9333761 ELISA Kit recognizes Human ATP6V0B. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "ATPase, H+ transporting, lysosomal 21kDa, V0 subunit b, ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
