Mouse myosin IIIA ELISA Kit | MYO3A elisa kit
Mouse Myosin-IIIa, MYO3A ELISA Kit
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
Uniprot Description
MYO3A: a multifunctional protein with an N-terminal kinase domain of the STE20 family and a myosin-head motor domain. Expression of this gene is highly restricted, with the strongest expression in photoreceptors and cochlea. Probably plays a role in vision and hearing. 3 different recessive, loss of function mutations in the encoded protein have been shown to cause nonsyndromic progressive hearing loss.
Protein type: Protein kinase, STE; Kinase, protein; Actin-binding; EC 2.7.11.1; Protein kinase, Ser/Thr (non-receptor); Motor; STE group; STE20 family; NinaC subfamily
Cellular Component: filamentous actin; filopodium tip; cytoskeleton; photoreceptor inner segment; cytoplasm; stereocilium bundle tip; myosin complex; filopodium

Product Notes
The Mouse MYO3A myo3a (Catalog #AAA9317405) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA9317405 ELISA Kit recognizes Mouse MYO3A. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "myosin IIIA, ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
