Human purinergic receptor P2X, ligand-gated ion channel, 4 ELISA Kit | P2RX4 elisa kit
Human P2X purinoceptor 4, P2RX4 ELISA Kit
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
The product of this gene belongs to the family of purinoceptors for ATP. This receptor functions as a ligand-gated ion channel with high calcium permeability. The main pharmacological distinction between the members of the purinoceptor family is the relative sensitivity to the antagonists suramin and PPADS. The product of this gene has the lowest sensitivity for these antagonists. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants, some protein-coding and some not protein-coding, have been found for this gene. [provided by RefSeq, Feb 2012]

Product Notes
The Human P2RX4 p2rx4 (Catalog #AAA9316248) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA9316248 ELISA Kit recognizes Human P2RX4. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "purinergic receptor P2X, ligand-gated ion channel, 4, ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
