Rabbit NMDAR2D Polyclonal Antibody | anti-GRIN2D antibody
Anti-NMDAR2D Antibody
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) receptors are a class of ionotropic glutamate receptors. NMDA channel has been shown to be involved in long-term potentiation, an activity-dependent increase in the efficiency of synaptic transmission thought to underlie certain kinds of memory and learning. NMDA receptor channels are heteromers composed of the key receptor subunit NMDAR1 (GRIN1) and 1 or more of the 4 NMDAR2 subunits: NMDAR2A (GRIN2A), NMDAR2B (GRIN2B), NMDAR2C (GRIN2C), and NMDAR2D (GRIN2D). Product Notes
The GRIN2D grin2d (Catalog #AAA8241676) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-NMDAR2D Antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat, Monkey and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's NMDAR2D can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB). Western Blot: (1/500 - 1/1000). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the GRIN2D grin2d for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "NMDAR2D, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
