PPP2CA sirna
PPP2CA siRNA (Rat)
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
catalyzes the removal of serine- and threonine- bound phosphate groups [RGD, Feb 2006]
Uniprot Description
PPP2CA: ubiquitous cytosolic Ser/Thr protein phosphatase, catalytic subunit. The holoenzyme consists of a 36 kDa catalytic subunit (subunit C) and a 65 kDa constant regulatory subunit (PR65 or subunit A), that associates with a variety of regulatory subunits. Proteins that associate with the core dimer include three families of regulatory subunits B (the R2/B/PR55/B55, R3/B'/PR72/PR130/PR59 and R5/B'/B56 families), the 48 kDa variable regulatory subunit, viral proteins, and cell signaling molecules.

Product Notes
The PPP2CA ppp2ca (Catalog #AAA8213526) is a siRNA produced from Synthetic and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The PPP2CA siRNA (Rat) reacts with Rat and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's PPP2CA can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, RNA Interference (RNAi). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the PPP2CA ppp2ca for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "PPP2CA, siRNA" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
