Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilzed with 0.1% Triton X-100 in PBS,blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with rabbit anti-Human NEURL1 polyclonal antibody (dilution ratio 1:1000) at 4 degree C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green) and counterstained with DAPI (blue).Positive staining was localized to Cytoplasm.)

Related Product Information for anti-NEURL1 antibody
Drosophila Neur (dNeur) protein has two Neuralized Homology Repeat (NHR) domains and a C-terminal C3HC4 RING Zn-finger (RING) domain. In mammals, there are at least four proteins with NHR domains: NEURL1 (or NEURL, NEURL1A, NEUR1) and NEURL1B (or NEUR2) both have two NHR domains and a C-terminal RING domain, whereas NEURL2 (or Ozz-E3) and NEURL3 (or LINCR) have only one NHR domain and a C-terminal SOCS (suppressor of cytokines signalling) or RING domain, respectively. Mammalian NEURL1 and NEURL1B proteins interact with and ubiquitinate Notch ligands Delta-like1, Delta-like4 and Jagged1. Human Neuralized1 (NEURL1) was investigated as a potential tumor suppressor in medulloblastoma (MB). The gene is located at 10q25.1, a region demonstrating frequent loss of heterozygosity in tumors.

Product Notes

The NEURL1 neurl (Catalog #AAA8102808) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-NEURL1 Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal reacts with Human Predicted to React with: Mouse (Species predicted to react based on 100% sequence homology) and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's NEURL1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunofluorescence (IF). WB: 1:500-1:2000 ICC/IF: 1:300-1:10,000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the NEURL1 neurl for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "NEURL1, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
