Mouse Centrosome-associated protein CEP250 (CEP250) ELISA Kit
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
This gene encodes a core centrosomal protein required for centriole-centriole cohesion during interphase of the cell cycle. The encoded protein dissociates from the centrosomes when parental centrioles separate at the beginning of mitosis. The protein associates with and is phosphorylated by NIMA-related kinase 2, which is also associated with the centrosome. [provided by RefSeq, Jun 2009]
Uniprot Description
CEP250: Probably plays an important role in centrosome cohesion during interphase. 2 isoforms of the human protein are produced by alternative splicing.

Product Notes
The Mouse CEP250 cep250 (Catalog #AAA7228272) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA7228272 ELISA Kit recognizes Mouse CEP250. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Centrosome-associated protein CEP250 (CEP250), ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
