Guinea Pig Dihydrolipoyllysine-residue succinyltransferase component of 2-oxoglutae dehydrogenase complex, mitochondrial (DLST) ELISA Kit | DLST elisa kit
Guinea pig Dihydrolipoyllysine-residue succinyltransferase component of 2-oxoglutae dehydrogenase complex, mitochondrial (DLST) ELISA Kit
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
This gene encodes a mitochondrial protein that belongs to the 2-oxoacid dehydrogenase family. This protein is one of the three components (the E2 component) of the 2-oxoglutarate dehydrogenase complex that catalyzes the overall conversion of 2-oxoglutarate to succinyl-CoA and CO(2). Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been found for this gene. [provided by RefSeq, Oct 2011]
Uniprot Description
DLST: The 2-oxoglutarate dehydrogenase complex catalyzes the overall conversion of 2-oxoglutarate to succinyl-CoA and CO(2). It contains multiple copies of 3 enzymatic components: 2-oxoglutarate dehydrogenase (E1), dihydrolipoamide succinyltransferase (E2) and lipoamide dehydrogenase (E3). Forms a 24-polypeptide structural core with octahedral symmetry. Belongs to the 2-oxoacid dehydrogenase family.

Product Notes
The Guinea Pig DLST dlst (Catalog #AAA7222234) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA7222234 ELISA Kit recognizes Guinea Pig DLST. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Dihydrolipoyllysine-residue succinyltransferase component of 2-oxoglutae dehydrogenase complex, mitochondrial (DLST), ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
