Ly49I Secondary Antibody | Klra9 secondary antibody
Mouse Anti-Mouse Ly-49I-PE
The monoclonal antibody YLI-90 reacts with the B6 allele of Ly49I, a member of the lectin-like homodimeric Ly49 family of cell surface receptors.1 Mouse Ly49 receptors exhibit allelic specificity for MHC class I Ia molecules and are thought to serve to prevent natural killer (NK) cells from attacking normal cells, while allowing them to attack infected or transformed cells in which class I molecules have been down-regulated.2 These inhibitory receptors are also expressed on subpopulations of mouse CD8+ T cells. The YLI-90 antibody stains ~ 45% of NK1.1+CD3- splenocytes from C57BL/6 mice.1
The fluorescein (FITC) conjugate is supplied as 0.5 mg in 1.0 mL of PBS/NaN3. Store at 2-8 degree C.
The biotin (BIOT) conjugate is supplied as 0.5 mg in 1.0 mL of PBS/NaN3. Store at 2-8 degree C.
The R-phycoerythrin (R-PE) conjugate is supplied as 0.1 mg in 1.0 mL of PBS/NaN3 and a stabilizing agent. Store at 2-8 degree C. Do not freeze!
Protect conjugated forms from light. Each reagent is stable for the period shown on the bottle label if stored as directed.

NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
Uniprot Description
CLEC1B: Acts as a receptor for the platelet-aggregating snake venom protein rhodocytin. Rhodocytin binding leads to tyrosine phosphorylation and this promotes the binding of spleen tyrosine kinase (Syk) and initiation of downstream tyrosine phosphorylation events and activation of PLC-gamma-2. Acts as an attachment factor for human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1) and facilitates its capture by platelets. 2 isoforms of the human protein are produced by alternative splicing.
Protein type: Receptor, misc.; Membrane protein, integral
Cellular Component: membrane; integral to plasma membrane; integral to membrane
Molecular Function: transmembrane receptor activity; carbohydrate binding
Biological Process: cell surface receptor linked signal transduction; platelet formation; signal transduction

Product Notes
The Klra9 klra9 (Catalog #AAA673549) is a Secondary Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Mouse Anti-Mouse Ly-49I-PE reacts with Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Ly49I can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow Cytometry. Flow Cytometry Suggested Dilution: <= 0.2 ug/10^6 cells. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the Klra9 klra9 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Ly49I, Monoclonal Secondary Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
