Quality Control
No double stranded DNA digestion was detected after incubation of 10units of S0050-01 with 1ug pUC 19 for 1hour at 37 degree C.
Preparation and Storage
May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.. Store at -20 degree C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
