Ships on dry ice.
Stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. Avoid contamination with RNase from bacteria or human skin. Avoid repeated freeze-thawing. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Ribonucleic acids are long-chain polymers of nucleotides linked through 3',5'-phosphodiester bonds. Constituent bases are derivatives of purine and pyrimidines, the sugar is D-ribose.
