Reconstitution
Add deionized water to a concentration of 0.5mg/ml and let the lyophilized pellet dissolve completely. Product is not sterile; sterile-filter solution before using it in cell culture.
Preparation and Storage
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degree C. Reconstitute with dionized water to a concentration of 0.5mg/ml. Aliquot and store at -20 degree C. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
