Rabbit anti-Human TP53INP1 Polyclonal Antibody | anti-TP53INP1 antibody
TP53INP1, NT (TP53INP1, P53DINP1, SIP, Tumor protein p53-inducible nuclear protein 1, Stress-induced protein, p53-dependent damage-inducible nuclear protein 1) (AP)
Western Blot (WB)
(Western Blot analysis in SK-BR-3 cell line lysates (35ug/lane) usingMBS6010767. This demonstrates that MBS6010767 detected the TP53INP1 protein (arrow).)
Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
(Immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human brain tissue using MBS6010767 followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of MBS6010767 for immunohistochemistry.)

Uniprot Description
TP53INP1: Antiproliferative and proapoptotic protein involved in cell stress response which acts as a dual regulator of transcription and autophagy. Acts as a positive regulator of autophagy. In response to cellular stress or activation of autophagy, relocates to autophagosomes where it interacts with autophagosome-associated proteins GABARAP, GABARAPL1/L2, MAP1LC3A/B/C and regulates autophagy. Acts as an antioxidant and plays a major role in p53/TP53-driven oxidative stress response. Possesses both a p53/TP53-independent intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) regulatory function and a p53/TP53-dependent transcription regulatory function. Positively regulates p53/TP53 and p73/TP73 and stimulates their capacity to induce apoptosis and regulate cell cycle. In response to double-strand DNA breaks, promotes p53/TP53 phosphorylation on 'Ser-46' and subsequent apoptosis. Acts as a tumor suppressor by inducing cell death by an autophagy and caspase-dependent mechanism. Can reduce cell migration by regulating the expression of SPARC. 2 isoforms of the human protein are produced by alternative splicing.

Product Notes
The TP53INP1 tp53inp1 (Catalog #AAA6357516) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The TP53INP1, NT (TP53INP1, P53DINP1, SIP, Tumor protein p53-inducible nuclear protein 1, Stress-induced protein, p53-dependent damage-inducible nuclear protein 1) (AP) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's TP53INP1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistochemistry (IHC) Paraffin, Western Blot (WB), ELISA (EIA). Applications are based on unconjugated antibody. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the TP53INP1 tp53inp1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "TP53INP1, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
