Related Product Information for anti-Cdk14 antibody
Serine/threonine-protein kinase involved in the control of the eukaryotic cell cycle, whose activity is controlled by an associated cyclin. Acts as a cell-cycle regulator of Wnt signaling pathway during G2/M phase by mediating the phosphorylation of LRP6 at 'Ser-1490', leading to the activation of the Wnt signaling pathway. Acts as a regulator of cell cycle progression and cell proliferation via its interaction with CCDN3. Phosphorylates RB1 in vitro, however the relevance of such result remains to be confirmed in vivo. May also play a role in meiosis, neuron differentiation and may indirectly act as a negative regulator of insulin-responsive glucose transport (By similarity).

Product Notes

The Cdk14 cdk14 (Catalog #AAA6284283) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Cdk14, NT (Cdk14, Kiaa0834, Pftk1, Cyclin-dependent kinase 14, Cell division protein kinase 14, Serine/threonine-protein kinase PFTAIRE-1) (Biotin) reacts with Human, Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Cdk14 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), ELISA (EIA). WB: 1:100-500 ELISA: 1:1,000 Applications are based on unconjugated antibody. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the Cdk14 cdk14 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Cdk14, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
