Immunogen
A mixture of two nickel agarose-puri?ed, His6-tagged, bacterial expressed human Protein Phosphatase Methylesterase-1 (PME-1) fragments (residues 225-302 and 277-387). These two fragments represent the carboxyl-terminal portion of the protein.
Preparation and Storage
May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degree C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
