Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Related Product Information for anti-CUL9 antibody
P53-associated parkin-like cytoplasmic protein (PARC) is a 270kD protein that acts as a cytoplasmic anchor for p53 unstressed cells, thereby regulating the localization and subsequent function of p53. It contains a cullin domain and a RING-IBR-RING domain at the carboxy terminus and it is ubiquitously expressed.

Uniprot Description

PARC: Cytoplasmic anchor protein in p53-associated protein complex. Regulates the subcellular localization of p53 and subsequent function. Seems to be part of an atypical cullin-RING- based E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complex. In vitro, complexes of CUL9/PARC with either CUL7 or TP53 contain E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase activity. Belongs to the cullin family. 2 isoforms of the human protein are produced by alternative splicing.

Protein type: Ubiquitin conjugating system; EC 6.3.2.-; Ubiquitin ligase; Ligase

Chromosomal Location of Human Ortholog: 6p21.1

Cellular Component: cullin-RING ubiquitin ligase complex; cytoplasm

Molecular Function: protein binding; zinc ion binding; ubiquitin protein ligase binding; ATP binding

Biological Process: ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process; regulation of mitosis; protein ubiquitination; microtubule cytoskeleton organization and biogenesis

Product Notes

The CUL9 cul9 (Catalog #AAA619655) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The p53-associated Parkin-like Cytoplasmic Protein (PARC) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's p53-associated Parkin-like Cytoplasmic Protein can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EL/EIA), Western Blot (WB). Dilution: ELISA: 1:250 Western Blot: 1:1000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CUL9 cul9 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "p53-associated Parkin-like Cytoplasmic Protein, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
