Procedure
This mouse IgG1 kappa is purified using salt fractionation procedures and Protein A chromatography. It is produced from tissue culture media obtained at our facility in The United States. Antibody concentration was determined using an absorbance at 280 nm: 1.4 equals 1.0 mg of IgG.

Preparation and Storage
Store between 2 and 8 degree C for up to 14 days. For long-term storage, aliquot and store between -20 degree C and -80 degree C. Multiple freeze-thaw cycles are not recommended.
