Biological Activity
Measured by its ability to chemoattract human peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBL). The ED50 for this effect is typically 20-80 ng/ml corresponding to a specific activity of 12,500-50,000IU/mg.
Preparation and Storage
Stable for 6-months from the date of shipment when kept at -20 degree C or -70 degree C. Upon reconstitution, it can be stored at 4 degree C for at least one month or -20 degree C for at least three months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
