Application Notes
Neutralizing Activity: This MAb neutralizes TGF-b activity in vitro in inhibition assay of CCL/64 cell growth and also neutralize the growth promoting action of TGF-b in the NRK-49F colony forming assays. The effect of micro-injection of this MAb into one blastomere of two cell stage Xenopus embryos indicated that this MAb was able to neutralize effectively the bioactivity of TGF-b in vivo.
