The protein was transferred to a PVDF membrane, blocked 1XTBS, 0.1% tween 20/ 5%NFDM, probed with 5 g/ml of pre-immune serum 5 ug of S125P antibody (a 3 second exposure is shown). The blot was then washed and probed with monoclonal anti-sheep IgG coupled to HRP 1:10,000, and detected with luminol.)
