Rabbit UBQLN3 Polyclonal Antibody | anti-UBQLN3 antibody
UBQLN3 antibody - N-terminal region
Target Description: UBQLN3 is an ubiquitin-like protein (ubiquilin) that shares high degree of similarity with related products in yeast, rat and frog. Ubiquilins contain a N-terminal ubiquitin-like domain and a C-terminal ubiquitin-associated domain. They physically associate with both proteasomes and ubiquitin ligases, and thus thought to functionally link the ubiquitination machinery to the proteasome to affect in vivo protein degradation. UBQLN3 is specifically expressed in the testis, and proposed to regulate cell-cycle progression during spermatogenesis. This gene encodes an ubiquitin-like protein (ubiquilin) that shares high degree of similarity with related products in yeast, rat and frog. NCBI Description
This gene encodes a ubiquitin-like protein (ubiquilin) that shares a high degree of similarity with related products in yeast, rat and frog. Ubiquilins contain an N-terminal ubiquitin-like domain and a C-terminal ubiquitin-associated domain. They physically associate with both proteasomes and ubiquitin ligases, and are thus thought to functionally link the ubiquitination machinery to the proteasome to affect in vivo protein degradation. This gene is specifically expressed in the testis. It has been suggested that this gene may regulate cell-cycle progression during spermatogenesis, however, it has been shown that the ortholgous mouse gene is dispensable for embryonic development and spermatogenesis. Product Notes
The UBQLN3 ubqln3 (Catalog #AAA3211469) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The UBQLN3 antibody - N-terminal region reacts with Cow, Dog, Horse, Human, Mouse, Pig, Rabbit, Rat and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's UBQLN3 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the UBQLN3 ubqln3 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. The amino acid sequence is listed below: Synthetic peptide located within the following region: LMRQHVSVPE FVTQLIDDPF IPGLLSNTGL VRQLVLDNPH MQQLIQHNPE. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "UBQLN3, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
