Mouse Atrial natriuretic peptide receptor 2 ELISA Kit
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
Uniprot Description
ANPB: natriuretic peptide receptor B, one of two integral membrane receptors for natriuretic peptides. Contains five functional domains: an extracellular ligand-binding domain, a single membrane-spanning region, and intracellularly a protein kinase homology domain, a helical hinge region involved in oligomerization, and a carboxyl-terminal guanylyl cyclase catalytic domain. Is the primary receptor for C-type natriuretic peptide (CNP), which upon ligand binding exhibits greatly increased guanylyl cyclase activity. 21 mutations linked to acromesomelic dysplasia (skeletal malformation). 3 isoforms of the human protein are produced by alternative splicing.

Product Notes
The Mouse Npr2 npr2 (Catalog #AAA2880455) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA2880455 ELISA Kit recognizes Mouse Npr2. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Atrial natriuretic peptide receptor 2, ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
