Application Notes
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. The amount of the reagent is suggested to be used 5 muL of antibody per test (million cells in 100 ul staining volume or per 100 ul of whole blood). Please check your vial before the experiment. Since applications vary, the appropriate dilutions must be determined for individual use.
Isotype Control
PE/Cyanine5 Mouse IgG1, kappa Isotype Control[MOPC-21][Product MBS2557735]
Important Note
Centrifuge before opening to ensure complete recovery of vial contents.
Recommended Usage
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. The amount of the reagent is suggested to be used 5 uL of antibody per test (million cells in 100 uL staining volume or per 100 uL of whole blood). Please check your vial before the experiment. Related Product Information for anti-CD64 antibody
CD64 is a 72 kD single chain type I glycoprotein also known as Fc?RI and FcRI. CD64 is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily and is expressed on monocytes/macrophages, dendritic cells, and mast cells. The expression can be upregulated by IFN-? stimulation. CD64 binds IgG immune complex. It plays a role in antigen capture, phagocytosis of IgG/antigen complexes, and antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC).

Product Notes

The CD64 fcgr1 (Catalog #AAA2559339) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The PE/Cyanine5 Anti-Mouse CD64 Antibody[X54-5/7.1] reacts with Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's CD64 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD64 fcgr1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CD64, Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
