NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
Uniprot Description
LTB4R2: Low-affinity receptor for leukotrienes including leukotriene B4. Mediates chemotaxis of granulocytes and macrophages. The response is mediated via G-proteins that activate a phosphatidylinositol-calcium second messenger system. The rank order of affinities for the leukotrienes is LTB4 > 12-epi-LTB4 > LTB5 > LTB3. Belongs to the G-protein coupled receptor 1 family.
Protein type: GPCR, family 1; Membrane protein, integral; Membrane protein, multi-pass; Motility/polarity/chemotaxis; Receptor, GPCR

The LTB4R2 ltb4r2 (Catalog #AAA2542812) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The LTB4R2 Polyclonal Antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's LTB4R2 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EIA), Western Blot (WB). ELISA: 1:2000-5000 WB: 1:500-2000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the LTB4R2 ltb4r2 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "LTB4R2, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
