Related Product Information for anti-AGBL3 antibody
CCP3 (cytosolic carboxypeptidase 3), also known as AGBL3 (ATP/GTP-binding protein-like 3), is a 1, 001 amino acid cytosolic protein that exists as four alternatively spliced isoforms and belongs to the peptidase M14 family. As a metallocarboxypeptidase, CCP3 binds one zinc ion per subunit and may play a role in the processing of tubulin. The gene that encodes CCP3 consists of approximately 161, 457 bases and maps to human chromosome 7q33. Housing over 1, 000 genes, chromosome 7 comprises nearly 5% of the human genome. Chromosome 7 has been linked to Osteogenesis imperfecta, Pendred syndrome, Lissencephaly, Citrullinemia and Shwachman-Diamond syndrome.

Product Notes

The AGBL3 agbl3 (Catalog #AAA2521010) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AGBL3 Polyclonal Antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's AGBL3 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EIA), Immunohistochemistry (IHC). IHC: 1:25-1:100. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the AGBL3 agbl3 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "AGBL3, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
