Related Product Information for anti-HUNK / B19 antibody
HUNK Antibody, B19 Antibody, Bstk1 Antibody, Mak-v Antibody, MAKV Antibody Description: HUNK, an AMPK/SNF1 -type protein kinase, contains a domain homologous to SNF1, a protein involved in the response to nutritional stress in yeast. HUNK has been shown to participate in vesicular transport. Additionally, functional studies in mice suggest that HUNK regulates endocytosis via interaction with rabaptin-5 protein and induces changes in mammary glands during pregnancy.

Product Notes

The HUNK / B19 hunk (Catalog #AAA2400410) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-HUNK / B19 Antibody (aa238-287) IHC-plus reacts with Mouse, Rat, Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's HUNK / B19 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistochemistry (IHC) Paraffin, Western Blot (WB), ELISA (EIA). ELISA (1:10000) IHC-P (5 - 20 ug/ml) WB (1:500 - 1:1000). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the HUNK / B19 hunk for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "HUNK / B19, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
