Related Product Information for anti-CD34 antibody
Mouse anti dog CD34 antibody, clone 1H6 is specific for canine homologue of CD34, a glycosylated type 1 transmembrane protein of approximately 110kDa (McSweeney et al. 1998) expressed on the cell suface of endothelial cells and haematopoietic stem cells. Clone 1H6 is a key marker of canine hematopoietic progenitor cells.Clone 1H6 is reported for use in CD34+ enrichment studies, (Goerner, M. et al. 2001) and (Horn, P. et al. 2004).

Uniprot Description

Possible adhesion molecule with a role in early hematopoiesis by mediating the attachment of stem cells to the bone marrow extracellular matrix or directly to stromal cells. Could act as a scaffold for the attachment of lineage specific glycans, allowing stem cells to bind to lectins expressed by stromal cells or other marrow components. Presents carbohydrate ligands to selectins ().

Product Notes

The CD34 cd34 (Catalog #AAA210973) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. AAA Biotech's CD34 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow cytometry (FC/FACS). Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1x106 cells in 100ul. Flow Cytometry: Minimum Dilution: Neat; Maximum Dilution: 1/10. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD34 cd34 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CD34, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
