Rabbit anti-Mouse Liver X Receptor Beta Antibody | anti-LXRb antibody
Polyclonal Antibody to Liver X Receptor Beta (LXRb)
Immunohistochemistry: 5-20ug/mL
Immunocytochemistry: 5-20ug/mL
Optimal working dilutions must be determined by end user.
Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
Store at 4ºC for frequent use.
Aliquot and store at -20ºC for 24 months.
Stability Test:
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
Western Blot (WB)
(Western Blot: Sample: Mouse Liver lysate; Primary Ab: 1ug/ml Rabbit Anti-Mouse LXRb Antibody Second Ab: 0.2ug/mL HRP-Linked Caprine Anti-Rabbit IgG Polyclonal Antibody )

Product Notes
The LXRb nr1h2 (Catalog #AAA2033736) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Polyclonal Antibody to Liver X Receptor Beta (LXRb) reacts with Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Liver X Receptor Beta can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB); Immunohistochemistry (IHC); Immunocytochemistry (ICC)); Immunoprecipitation (IP). Western blotting: 0.5-2ug/mL Immunohistochemistry: 5-20ug/mL Immunocytochemistry: 5-20ug/mL Optimal working dilutions must be determined by end user. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the LXRb nr1h2 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Liver X Receptor Beta, Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
