Related Product Information for anti-ATXN7L3 antibody
Component of the transcription regulatory histone acetylation (HAT) complex SAGA, a multiprotein complex that activates transcription by remodeling chromatin and mediating histone acetylation and deubiquitination. Within the SAGA complex, participates in a subcomplex that specifically deubiquitinates both histones H2A and H2B. The SAGA complex is recruited to specific gene promoters by activators such as MYC, where it is required for transcription. Required for nuclear receptor-mediated transactivation. Within the complex, it is required to recruit USP22 and ENY2 into the SAGA complex.

Uniprot Description

ataxin-7L3: Component of the transcription regulatory histone acetylation (HAT) complex SAGA, a multiprotein complex that activates transcription by remodeling chromatin and mediating histone acetylation and deubiquitination. Belongs to the SGF11 family. 2 isoforms of the human protein are produced by alternative splicing.

Product Notes

The ATXN7L3 atxn7l3 (Catalog #AAA1497106) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The ATXN7L3 Antibody reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's ATXN7L3 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EIA), Immunohistochemistry (IHC). IHC:1:20-1:200. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the ATXN7L3 atxn7l3 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "ATXN7L3, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
