Immunogen
The antibody was developed by immunizing rabbits with recombinant Full Length SARS COV-2 Nucleocapsid Protein.
Reconstitution
It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Full Length CoV-2 Polyclonal Antibody in sterile PBS not less than 100ug/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Preparation and Storage
Lyophilized Full Length CoV-2 Polyclonal Antibody although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18 degree C. Upon reconstitution CoV-2 Polyclonal Antibody should be stored at 4 degree C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18 degree C. Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
