PTX2 protein solution (0.25mg/ml) contains 10% glycerol in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.4).
Store, frozen at -20 degree C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
Description: PTX2 Mouse Recombinant produced in Sf9 Insect cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 210 amino acids (21-224 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 24.6kDa. (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear at approximately 28-40kDa). PTX2 is fused to a 6 amino acid His-tag at C-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
